Summary. Nox FZE records one venue's public market data for your business and delivers every sealed hour into storage you own, for your own use, under published team terms.

What your team receives

• One recorder of Lighter, to your specification: the instruments you list, with the order book, trade and funding channels you choose.
• Every hour sealed into a hash chain, raw and losslessly normalized, and delivered into your own bucket.
• Every hour verifiable on your own machine: in the browser or from a terminal.
• A service level of 99.9% of hours sealed complete each month, with service credits applied to your next invoice.
• Your recordings stay yours. Nox FZE never shares, samples, resells or trains on them, and keeps only two transient copies for re-delivery to you.

Price

Invoices are issued in advance, monthly or quarterly, and are due within 14 days. Nox FZE is not registered for VAT and charges none. You pay from an account in your business's own name.

How to order

1. Read the team terms, version 1.0. They are your order form, and a published version never changes.
2. Write to Nox FZE with any question first: Email contact@noxfze.com. We reply with the details your order needs.
3. Accept by email from your business's own domain. The email below opens with the acceptance sentence, "[business legal name] accepts the Nox FZE team terms version 1.0 and orders a recorder under them. I am authorized to accept them on its behalf.", the Schedule 1 parts and clause D for your venue, quoted in full.
4. Complete the Schedule 1 details and end with your typed name and title.
5. Nox FZE screens your business and its owners, confirms the order in writing and invoices the first period.
6. Your first sealed hour arrives once the write-only credential for your bucket works.

Your reply

Lighter. Open the reply for Lighter in your email, with the acceptance sentence, the Schedule 1 parts and clause D filled in. Complete Schedule 1, then end with your typed name and title.

"I confirm for [business legal name] that it has accepted Lighter's Terms of Service (last updated December 29, 2025) in its own name and is eligible under them; that neither it nor any person that owns or controls it, directly or indirectly, resides in, is located in, is incorporated or organized in, or has a registered office or principal place of business in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, China, North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, Sudan, Belarus, Myanmar or Syria, or in any country or territory subject to comprehensive country-wide or regional sanctions; and that neither it nor any such person is sanctioned or on a restricted-party list. The venue warranties in clause C of this order form apply."

Team terms version 1.0 cover Lighter. Each further venue comes with a new version of the team terms, at a new address.
