We are not a financial institution, exchange, or custodian. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your Bitcoin or any funds.
Bitcoin Volatility
Bitcoin's value can fluctuate significantly. The exchange rate at the time of invoice creation may differ from the rate at the time of payment.
You accept all risks associated with Bitcoin price volatility when using this App.
Exchange Rate Accuracy
Exchange rates displayed in the App are sourced from public market data and are approximate.
We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rate data.
Tax Compliance
You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling your tax obligations related to Bitcoin transactions.
Reports generated by the App are for informational purposes and may not satisfy all regulatory requirements.
Agreement
By using Satoshi Ledger, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the risks described herein.
Intellectual Property
All content in Satoshi Ledger belongs to Nox FZE or our licensors. Protected under UAE and international law.
Don't copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
Rules
Please don't:
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
Liability
We are not liable for losses resulting from Bitcoin price changes, incorrect exchange rates, missed transactions, or any financial decisions made using the App.
Maximum liability: AED 100.
Governing Law
UAE law governs these terms.
Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Umm Al Quwain courts, UAE.
Severability
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
