## What to include

- Your venue's legal name.
- The instruments to record, and the public channels your venue publishes for them, such as trades, order book and
  funding.
- Where the record is to be delivered: a bucket in object storage your venue owns, reachable over HTTPS with an
  S3-compatible API.
- The date you want the record to start.
- Who signs the order form for your venue.

## What happens next

Nox FZE replies in writing, with the written order form. The record starts once both sides sign the order form and
your bucket and write-only key are in place. It opens with the 30-day pilot at no fee that
[Starting a record](https://noxfze.com/docs/start) describes. After the pilot, the record continues for a fixed monthly fee, set by the
number of instruments recorded and stated in the order form.
